Tulamben Drop Off

Entrance: Shore

Level: Open Water and above

Depth: 10-40m

Dive type: Reef, Wall

This Dive starts out from the beach in Tulamben and descends along a rocky slope. Along this slope you can look out for some of Tulambens favourite muck diving critters - ornate ghost pipefish, moray eels, interesting Nudibranchs and peacock mantis shrimp. Besides the healthy coral growth this dive also feature unbelievable landscapes sculpted by many overhanging rocks and mainly an impressive wall which drops off into around 80 meters and with a usual visibility of 15-20 meters it appears to disappear into nowhere!

You will see a lot of Tec divers slowly disappearing into the blue while we enjoy swimming along the side of the wall taking in the stunning scenery and eventually around the corner to a healthy coral slope.

The abundance of life here is one thing which attracts so many divers, anything from the small Leaf scorpionfish to larger napoleon wrasse and Bumphead parrot fish can be found here.
